Refund policy

Memberships Refund Policy: 

Refunds will not be issued for missed classes or unused memberships.

Exceptions may be made for medical or other extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Raqs Fitness management. Supporting documentation may be required.

 

One off Class Refund Policy:

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made by participants. However, bookings may be transferred to another person with prior notification to Raqs Fitness.

Refunds or credits may be issued for cancellations due to medical or other extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Raqs Fitness management. Supporting documentation may be required.

If Raqs Fitness cancels a class, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a refund or credit.
