Cancellation policy

Welcome to Raqs Fitness! By signing up for a Raqs Fitness membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.


1. Membership Details

1.1. Raqs Fitness offers one membership option: an ongoing weekly payment plan.

1.2. Membership payments will be automatically deducted each week using the payment method provided at the time of registration.

1.3. The membership grants access to all Raqs Fitness classes and related services during the membership period.


2. Payments and Fees

2.1. Weekly membership fees are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as outlined in section 5.

2.2. Payment must be made using a valid credit or debit card. Members are responsible for ensuring their payment details are current and accurate.

2.3. Raqs Fitness reserves the right to suspend access to classes if payment cannot be processed.


3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Members may cancel their membership at any time through raqsfitness.com.au.

3.2. Membership access will remain active until the end of the current paid period following cancellation.


4. Changes to Membership Terms

4.1. Raqs Fitness reserves the right to modify membership fees, class schedules, or these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.

4.2. Continued use of the membership after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


5. Refunds and Credits

5.1. Refunds will not be issued for missed classes or unused memberships.

5.2. Exceptions may be made for medical or other extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Raqs Fitness management. Supporting documentation may be required.


6. Class Participation

6.1. Members must arrive on time for classes to ensure safety and minimize disruptions.

6.2. Participation in classes is at the member's own risk. Members are encouraged to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program.

6.3. Raqs Fitness is not liable for injuries sustained during participation.


7. Code of Conduct

7.1. Members are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow participants.

7.2. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of membership without refund.


8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. Raqs Fitness collects personal information to manage memberships and improve services. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

By purchasing a one-off class, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.


1. Class Purchase Details

1.1. Raqs Fitness offers the option to purchase individual classes on a one-off basis.

1.2. Payment for a one-off class must be made in full at the time of booking.

1.3. A one-off class purchase grants access to a single specified Raqs Fitness class on the date and time chosen at the time of booking.


2. Payments and Fees

2.1. Payments for one-off classes are non-refundable, except as outlined in section 4.

2.2. Payment must be made using a valid credit or debit card. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate and current.


3. Booking and Attendance

3.1. Bookings for one-off classes must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

3.2. Participants are required to arrive on time for their scheduled class. Late arrivals may not be admitted, and no refunds or credits will be provided for missed classes.

3.3. Raqs Fitness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In the event of a cancellation by Raqs Fitness, participants will be offered the choice of a refund or credit toward another class.


4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made by participants. However, bookings may be transferred to another person with prior notification to Raqs Fitness.

4.2. Refunds or credits may be issued for cancellations due to medical or other extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Raqs Fitness management. Supporting documentation may be required.

4.3. If Raqs Fitness cancels a class, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a refund or credit.


5. Class Participation

5.1. Participation in classes is at the attendee’s own risk. Attendees are encouraged to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program.

5.2. Raqs Fitness is not liable for injuries sustained during participation.

5.3. Participants must follow the instructions of the class instructor and use equipment safely and appropriately.


6. Code of Conduct

6.1. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow participants.

6.2. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.


7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1. Raqs Fitness collects personal information to manage class bookings and improve services. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
